Hydro Island is a hybrid hydroponic gardening system and kitchen island duo that was designed to bring the joy of outdoor gardening into compact spaces

Within the structure lies an Ebb and Flow hydroponic system that can be accessed from the base structure’s doors and feeds the plant beds through a tubing system housed within the hollow metal casings that support each row. Electricity is fed through the ceiling and the top of the island and additional butcher block space rolls out to create a bar-style dining table. Water and used nutrients filter through a drainage system below the island for ease.
